One of our many senior care clients came to us to find an easy way to divide their franchise territories effectively. As a locally established company, their patrons were very happy with their services and asked them about availability for friends in other areas. They decided it was time to expand and serve other communities. Originally, they hired a GIS analyst to help them with their expansion but found it troublesome and wanted to be able to be more involved in the process.

They started looking into mapping software that they could use. They found many different programs but none of them catered to exactly what they needed.

After comparing a handful of companies and software they eventually decided to go with GbBIS. They told us what they wanted and we customized a program that worked for them. Simple as that. The first time around they wanted tools for franchise territory design. A few years down the road they wanted to add other capabilities to their program for market evaluation and customer profiling. Their account representative was able to assist them in upgrading their program and adding everything they needed to aid in the continual growth of their company.
